Welcome to the Work-Readiness Programme, a structured, three-segment journey designed to
take you from foundational workplace habits to advanced, role-specific performance. The
programme is organised into three linked phases that must be completed in sequence (Basic - Intermediate - Advanced)
(Modules 1 – 3)
- Module 1: Work-Readiness & Value ·
- Module 2: Communication & Interpersonal Skills ·
- Module 3: Ethics, Personal Care & Etiquette
These modules will enable you to demonstrate basic behaviors, use workplace tools (ICT) and simulate the roles of a team member or emerging leader.
(Modules 4 – 7)
- Module 4: ICT Applications for a modern worker·
- Module 5: Developing personal competencies in your area of expertise Competencies.
- Module 6: Leadership, emotional intelligence, and decision making.
- Module 7: Understanding organizational policies and other regulations for compliance.
These modules blend earlier skills from the basic and intermediate phases into the advanced stages mirroring their application into the workplace. e.g. Module 10 will require you to manage a full project life-cycle, demonstrate knowledge acquired from the previous modules.
